Getting past the basics of the Section 199A 20% “qualified business income” deduction, this session will look at real-world examples of the complexity in applying 199A in the healthcare industry. Topics will include application of the deduction to rental real estate, related-party rental and other payment issues, and “specified service trade or business” matters, including questions regarding multiple lines of business.
